01_ The house
eleVate is a private house for people who take their body, energy and time seriously. These rules protect three things: your privacy, your focus, and the calm of the space.
We keep them few. We expect them kept. Membership is a privilege extended, not a service bought, and it can be withdrawn.
02_ Membership and guests
- Membership is personal and non-transferable. Check in on arrival, every visit.
- Your guest allowance depends on your membership. It is set out in our terms and shown in the eleVate app.
- Guests are your responsibility: you arrive together, you host them, and you stay while they are in the house.
- Guests use the strength floor, café and Ritual Space. Treatments, programmes and member events are for members only unless stated.
- Introductions are welcome. Propose someone through the team; every application is reviewed by the membership committee.
- Membership is capped at 350. We will not exceed it.
03_ Privacy and phones
- What happens at eleVate stays at eleVate. This is the rule we enforce most strictly.
- No photos or video of other members, guests or staff, ever, anywhere in the house.
- No cameras of any kind in the Ritual Space, changing rooms or treatment rooms.
- Phones stay in your locker.
- Content of yourself is fine on the strength floor and in the café, as long as no one else is in frame. Tripods only with the team's approval.
- Calls are taken only in the café and social space. Keep your voice low and your tone considerate. Messages on silent everywhere else.
- Who you meet here, and what they share, is not repeated outside. No name-dropping, no posting who was in.
- Pitching, selling or recruiting members is not permitted. Connections happen; solicitation doesn't.
04_ Presence and conduct
- Treat the team as you would a host in your own home. Rudeness to staff ends memberships faster than anything else.
- Keep voices low. The house is quiet by design; the café is where conversation lives.
- No personal speakers or audio without headphones.
- Arrive sober. No alcohol or substances before training, sauna, cold or any treatment.
- Leave every space as you found it, or better.
05_ Strength floor
- Train with intent. Re-rack weights, wipe down equipment, return everything to its place.
- Share stations between sets. No reserving equipment with towels, phones or bags.
- Bags and outerwear stay in lockers, not on the floor.
- Drop weights only on lifting platforms, and only with bumper plates.
- Coaching on the floor is by eleVate coaches only. External trainers are not permitted.
- New to a machine or movement? Ask. Every member is offered an induction.
06_ Recovery Ritual Space
- The Ritual Space is the quietest room in the house. Treat it that way.
- Silence or whisper only. No phones, no conversations across the room.
- Shower before entering, and between hot and cold.
- Swimwear or a towel is required in the Ritual Space. Always sit or lie on a full-length towel in sauna and steam.
- Follow the posted protocols for heat and cold. Never cold plunge alone, and stay within the time limits shown.
- No oils, scrubs, razors or personal products in sauna, steam or plunge.
- During peak hours, sessions are 90 minutes so everyone can enjoy the space.
07_ Treatments and bookings
- Book treatments, coaching and classes through the eleVate app. Walk-ins depend on availability.
- Arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals finish on time so the next member isn't delayed.
- Cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
- Advanced treatments (hyperbaric oxygen, IV and diagnostics with our clinical partner) need a completed health intake and signed consent before your first session.
- Before hyperbaric oxygen, cold and heat exposure, IV and clinic services, or when your health questionnaire shows a possible risk, we may ask for a note from your doctor.
- Tell your practitioner about any health condition, medication or pregnancy. They may decline or adapt a treatment for your safety.
08_ Café and social
- The café is the house's living room: meet, talk, slow down.
- Laptops are welcome at the communal table until 18:00. Meetings of more than four people are booked with the team.
- Food and drink from outside are not permitted in the house. Water bottles are fine everywhere.
- No food or glassware on the strength floor or in the Ritual Space.
- Events are for members unless the invitation says otherwise. RSVP, and cancel if plans change; places are limited.
09_ Dress code
- Strength floor: clean training wear and closed training shoes. Shirts on.
- Ritual Space: swimwear or a towel, with the robe and slippers provided.
- Café and social spaces: relaxed and considered. No wet hair, robes or bare feet.
- Light scent only. Strong fragrance doesn't belong in a shared, warm space.
10_ Health and safety
- You train and recover at your own risk. Know your limits and stop if something feels wrong.
- If you feel unwell, tell a team member immediately. First-aid-trained staff are on site whenever the house is open.
- Anyone under 18 is admitted only with the prior approval of the house.
- Report any damage, spill or broken equipment straight away.
- Lost property is held for 30 days, then donated.
11_ When rules are broken
We start with a quiet word. Most things end there.
- A private conversation with a member of the team.
- A written note from the General Manager.
- Suspension or termination of membership. If we end your membership, we refund the unused part of what you paid, except after a serious breach.
Breaches of privacy, harassment, or disrespect towards staff or members are serious breaches and may lead directly to termination, without a refund of the current period.
These rules sit alongside our membership terms and conditions. Where they differ, the terms apply. We may update these rules; the version on this page is the one that applies.
